
POLICY AND PAYMENTS
BOOKING POLICY
New Clients and Large Group Out-Call Sessions require a 50% deposit to book on the calendar. This can be done via credit card over the phone, Zelle, or Venmo. The info for Zelle and Venmo will be displayed below. The remaining 50% will be paid day of service. If you don't pay the deposit, you are not on the booking calendar. Day of service payments can be made via Cash, Credit Card, Zelle, or Venmo.
Single Booked Sessions: At least a 24 hr or more notice is required for changing a single made service. There is no refund of your deposit for less than 24hr notice of cancellations or no-shows.
Group Booked Sessions: A week notice or more is required for large group bookings to change the booking quantity and times. There is no refunds of the deposit for less than 24hrs notice of appointment time for cancellations or no-shows.
We understand emergencies happen such as illness or accidents, and we are happy to accommodate and adjust. The 50% deposit is held if its less than 24hrs during an emergency, you are then able to reschedule or adjust the session to a remote healing session instead. If you are sick, have a fever, or feel you may have caught something from someone please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the best plan to accommodate both parties. Poor time management, simply forgetting, or change of plans last minute do not dictate it as an emergency scenario and you are subject to no refund to your deposit. We spend a lot of time and energy preparing the space as well as for the service and we ask that you respect our time and your healing journey. If its before the 24hr of your appointment you are able to receive your refund of your deposit via the method you used, if by credit card you are subject to the credit card fees and will be deducted from your refund amount.
